Cancellations & Return Policy

We follow India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Please read the cancellation and return guidelines below before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Replacements
- Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Products must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, washed, altered, or customized may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
